Colour me Love!

Feb 2, 2015 | Fashion

How brightly did your day start?? Mine started on a bright and tropical note..Sartorially.. I woke up  especially happy and also keenly aware of the impending Valentine’s day… It felt only right to wear pieces that mirrored my mood and depicted the colours of Love (In my eyes)…

I am wearing this Floral Dress by Ukulele currently stocking at Zinkata.. I absolutely love it!! It is quite short..I wore a full skirt under it.. Remember the tip we discussed in a recent post?? About wearing a skirt under a too short dress… ( … I teamed the ensemble with a really cute mini red Trilby with feathers and purple Strappy Sandals.. I balanced it out properly with a brown sash on my waist.. to sort of even out my proportions…and added my fave White shades from Irregular Choice…It sort of took my outfit away from “heading to church” to more funky grounds..

How are you spending your Valentine’s?? If you reside in Nigeria, Valentine’s day would most probably be filled with “a not so romantic event”.. THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS would be holding on the same day.. I hope we all cast our votes with Love in our hearts and a heartfelt prayer for Nigeria..

Have an awesome day everyone and remember to stay happy…

Please write in.. I would love to hear from you…
