Getting More sleep VS Getting Your Work-out In!??

Maintaining  a healthy lifestyle of eating right,staying fit and getting enough rest and sleep is a tricky juggle.It almost feels like the days are not enough or shall I say the hours.. Last night, I slept around 11 pm and was booked to wake-up for 5:00 to exercise by 5:30 am. I was going to be getting give or take about 6 hours sleep or slightly less.

The recommended amount of sleep a night is actually 7 to 8 hours. At least most doctors recommend that.. This is however never really quite that easy.. and the question is..

Should you sacrifice a work-out session over getting enough sleep”?? Which is the most important?? In today’s case, I  forfeited sleep and had a really amazing work-out..

What are your thoughts??

Sleep more or work-out more??
