Most times, I write these gushing posts about my darling mom and it may appear to some that we are: extremely close, never fight and have the rosiest relationship always. To be quite honest, that is not an entirely accurate account. I shall elaborate:
our relationship is quite an interesting one really: We are super close and argue super hard.Sometimes we fight hard over the darnedst things and then unite over the exact same things.Yet in all these and more I can never dis-regard one solid fact: She is a great mother and is there always for all her kids no matter what.
I believe this is the true essence of motherhood and I am forever grateful to the Lord for her. Today she is my woman crush Wednesday, as she is every single day.
Mother dearest taught me that happiness is a choice and it is really up to us how happy we would like our lives to be and this is quite obvious in her dealings, her love for life and her endless well of positive energy.As well as impressing upon me the importance of humility, forgiveness, peace, kindness, Love, salvation and err fashion??
As she gets older and tackles the different responsibilities that comes with motherhood/ grand-motherhood etc, all I see is the beauty that radiates through her eyes, it is all you see when you come in contact with my darling mummy.
